The pricing of the products is as shown on the website in euros, inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate on the day of the order. The product prices may vary over time without advance notice, depending on fluctuations in the cost of raw materials.
The invoicing of products will be done based on the prevailing rates at the time of order confirmation, subject to product availability on that particular date.
Delphine Severs retains the right to modify the prices of its products over time, especially during promotional events.

The delivery is free. The customer will be notified by email once their order has been shipped.
The delivery timeframe indicated during the order registration is purely indicative and is not guaranteed in any way.
As a result, any reasonable delay in product delivery shall not grant the buyer the right to:

Delphine Severs accepts the following payment methods: Debit card and PayPal.
When making a payment on the website, the customer will first receive an automated payment confirmation email. The customer will then receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the items ordered. This order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the customer's order and thus forms the sales contract between the parties.
As soon as the order is ready for delivery or shipment, Delphine Severs will send a shipment confirmation email to the customer.

Customers have a two-year period starting from the delivery of the respective item to raise any concerns about the product's non-conformity, as per articles L. 217-4 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code. If a non-conformity is verified, customers can choose between having the product repaired or replaced, with certain exceptions as outlined in articles L. 217-9 and L. 217-10 of the Consumer Code.
If the customer chooses a replacement, it should be noted that the replacement will only apply to an identical item or an item of equivalent quality and price. Both the customer and Delphine Severs are committed to open and honest communication.
Please note that the legal conformity guarantee is applicable exclusively to consumer sales and does not extend to sales to professional clients.
The legal guarantee concerning concealed defects enables the customer to seek either the cancellation of the sale or a partial refund of the purchase price within a two-year period from the detection of the defect, as outlined in Articles 1641 and subsequent provisions of the Civil Code.
